Invoices and Statements
Affiliates will be paid commission (5%) on all sales of a associated photographer's work. This is taken from the wpsurf commission, not in addition to it. An affiliate can always see exactly what commission they have earned.
In the 'Affiliate area' there are two further options at the top of the screen:
Invoices lets an affiliate see and print off the 'self-generated' Invoices from the affiliate to WPSurf.
Statements lets an affiliate see a monthly breakdown of all transactions, and the latest statement shows what their account balance is.
Invoices
Invoices lets an affiliate see and print off the 'self-generated' Invoices from the affiliate to WPSurf.
Clicking on the actual 'Invoice Number' will show the actual invoice:
The Gross column shows what the affiliate commission was for the sale.
Statements
Statements lets an affilate see a monthly breakdown of all transactions, and the latest statement shows what their account balance is.
Clicking on the actual 'Statement Number' will show all transactions in that statement:
Clicking on the actual 'Invoice ID' will show the actual invoice.
Getting Paid
An affiliate will be paid to their Paypal account monthly only if their account balance has reached the threshold value (currently £100.00).
Payments will be processed in the first week of each calendar month.
It is up to each affiliate to ensure the email address registered with wpsurf has been setup with Paypal in order to receive funds.
