On their next login, the affiliate will see new affiliate options activated for their account.
The affiliate area allows the affiliate to set up the information required for the mini-site and their advertisement.
When Photographers associate to you as an affiliate, they will show up in a list below 'Users affiliated to you'.
This is used to decide the map which will be shown on the affiliates 'mini-site'.
Once the affiliate account is approved the home break cannot be changed without contacting wpsurf.

These statistics are configured for the individual affiliate mini-site:
- This shows only the breaks on this local map.
- The number of affiliated photographers.
- The number of images taken by affiliated photographers for breaks on this map.

Depending on whether the current user is logged in or not, and what registrations have been applied for and approved, various menu options will be available to the user:
Affiliated Photographers
This provides a list of affiliated photographers.
Map
The affiliates Home Break is used to decide the map which will be shown on the affiliates 'mini-site'.
This option is only available to approved Photographers and Affiliates.
For a Photographer - The name of this break will show up when anyone views that Photographers profile.
For an Affiliate - This is also used to decide the map which will be shown on the affiliates 'mini-site'.
The home break is set by following the steps below.

Search Criteria
Find photos (and breaks) by simply entering WHERE and WHEN. SEARCH
A number of different types of search may be performed on the wpsurf site.
Searches will only find breaks and photos taken by affiliated photographers at the affiliates map level.

Break Names List
Below each map containing breaks there is also a list (sorted alphabetically, left to right) of all of the breaks on that map.
Moving the mouse over the name of any of these breaks will cause the pin marking that break to be highlighted (
) on the map above.
Where a map contains a very large number of breaks this list may be quite long and with lower resolution computer monitors it may not be possible to see the map and the breaks at the bottom of the list at the same time.
By clicking on the Shrink / Hide option 
at the top of the list of breaks, the list will be split into "pages" so that the breaks will always be visible along with the pins on the map.

The default currency of the site is £ Pounds Sterling and the purchase price for all images is always given in £ Pounds Sterling but may be displayed (approximately) in five other currencies.

The exact cost (in currencies other than £ Sterling) will not be given until the Checkout option is selected and payment is actually being prepared using Paypal, as they set their own currency exchange rates.
The default language of the site is English but, as the site content matures and dependant on demand, the intention is to translate the site into four other other languages.
